China and Thailand have a close economic and trade cooperation relationship for a long time. China has been Thailand's largest trading partner for many years, and Thailand's largest export market for agricultural products; Thailand is China's third largest trading partner among ASEAN countries. In 2021, the total bilateral trade volume between China and Thailand exceeded the US$100 billion mark for the first time, reaching US$131.18 billion, a year-on-year increase of 33%.
